La Mesa is more than where we live — it’s where we raise our families, build our businesses, celebrate our neighbors, and where we volunteer our time.

I am Amanda-Dawn Natalia — a local attorney, mom, and committed community leader. For years, I’ve worked professionally to protect families' livelihoods through responsible business and estate planning practices. I volunteer to keep La Mesa vibrant and beautiful, I mentor at-risk teens in a law foundation program, and I have the honor and privilege, alongside my husband, of raising two young children as they embark on their own journeys through life. I currently serve as Chair of the Environmental Sustainability Commission for the City of La Mesa, which aims to protect the health and vitality of our City through responsible use and management of transportation and every day consumable resources. I also serve as a member of the Community Bond Oversight Committee for La Mesa-Spring Valley School District, where my children also attend school.

I am running for City Council because our city deserves practical leadership that is grounded in experience, volunteerism, compassion, and an excitement to see all of our neighbors succeed.

This campaign is about practical solutions, responsible growth, and protecting the quality of life that makes La Mesa an incredible place to live and call home. I will be thrilled to be your next city council member, to see where our journey together takes us and our adventure succeeds.
